The underground parking is a real headache to navigate!!! The shower design floods the bathroom, and the motion-detection light turns on at night, waking everyone up. Fix these issues for a better experience!!!

The bedding is very comfortable.

I had a frustrating experience with the staff at check-in. Despite my reservation being pre-paid, they insisted I pay again. This led to unnecessary delays and confusion. The lack of helpfulness made my stay less enjoyable, and their attitude was far from accommodating.

Ideal for concert lovers who enjoy shopping

The location is incredible, just one train stop from the concert venue and steps from a massive mall. I spent hours at the mall exploring, shopping, and trying different foods.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but price was okay for what you got.

The superior double room was clean and modern, providing an extremely comfortable bed for a restful stay. Access to the nearby mall and various dining options was a plus. However, the room was a bit on the small side for two people, and the storage space could have been better. Additionally, the hotel could benefit from improved sound insulation as outside noise was noticeable at night.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Uri&. The location was perfect, just a short stroll from Coex Mall and the subway, making it easy for me to get around Seoul. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive.

excellent central spot for exploring coex and parks

staying here made it super easy to walk to the starfield library and coex convention center, both just a few steps away. There were so many great restaurants and cafes in the nearby streets that I could explore at my own pace, perfect for a weekend city stroll. I really enjoyed the comfortable room and cleanliness during my three-night stay.

Hotel Uri& provided a very pleasant experience during my business trip. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the COEX Mall and subway stations, which made commuting effortless. The room, a Deluxe Double Room, was comfortable and well-equipped with modern amenities, making it conducive for work and relaxation.

I had an amazing stay! The clean room was perfect for a solo traveler, and I loved the complimentary water and laundry facilities. The shower pressure was fantastic, too.
